Placing an Order on selisbeauty.com

DO I NEED A SELISBEAUTY.COM ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. You do not need to open an account to place an order on selisbeauty.com. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to check out as a guest. Registered Customers benefit from reward points for every dollar spent at selisbeauty.com. Points can be redeemed online during a future purchase.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Enter the code in the cart when you check out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Please contact us with any questions regarding products that are currently out of stock. We will do our best to make our products available.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us or call customer service at 1-403-452-9271 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 6 pm MST.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from selisbeauty.com at the time their order ships. This email will contain order details and a tracking number.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

selisbeauty.com ONLY ACCEPTS PAYPAL PAYMENT. Non paypal account holders Can pay using their Credit Card.

WILL SALES TAX BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?

We are required by law to collect sales tax in Alberta. the tax will be GST(5% of purchase Amount).

CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

You can change your email address by signing in to My Account.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you forget your password, go to Join Us, click on then click on Sign In and then click on "forgot password?" to enter your email address. You will then receive an email from selisbeauty.com with a link to reset your password. When you click on the link to enter the site, you can set your new password. Once you have reset your password, you will be automatically signed in.
 

CAN I ADD/UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS LIST?

Registered members of selisbeauty.com can manage their address book under the My Account section. If you are not yet a member, you can register for an account now.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CREDIT CARD AT CHECKOUT?

If you receive an error message related to your credit card at checkout, please verify that the billing address, credit card number and CVV security code are correct.
